SUMMARY: Provides layout and design for external and internal communications.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design promotional, recruiting, and other external/internal communications and academic publications for campus-wide clients
- Work with creative director or art director to establish strategy and creative direction for specific projects/accounts
- Interface with creative writers as appropriate to understand project objective
- Prepare printing specifications
- Ensure proper application of university's corporate identity standards
- Maintain up-to-date project records in ProWorkflow
- Provide high level of customer service to clients
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Graphic Design major preferred
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Demonstrated design skills
- Proficient in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of printing process
